CharliTito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. His birth name was Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He lived in Huntington Beach until he moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is of half-Mexican from his father's side. His father is Sam Ortiz, who gave him the nickname Tito. Both his parents were addicts to heroin that made it difficult for him to develop. He was in gangs. He also took cocaine and other substances. While a kid the teen was taken to detention for juveniles. He was 13 when his parents divorced. He attended Huntington Beach High School, where he played wrestling. At the age of 18 years old, his mother exiled him.
